Nancy is Surya’s administrative assistant. In addition to doing front desk duties, she processes all of the workers’ compensation paperwork, including the EC-4 NARR form (which is submitted electronically to the Workers’ Compensation Board). Nancy also works closely with Surya’s billing department to ensure that claims are processed appropriately.

She has previously worked at Women’s Health Care Association in Latham, NY; with Dr. Yoram Beer in Latham, NY; with Kohl’s department store in Albany, NY; and for many years with the NYS Department of Tax & Finance in Albany, NY.
