Surya is well-equipped to provide management of on-the-job injuries, including removal of eye foreign bodies, treatment of sprains/fractures, repair of lacerations, and minor burn care. We carefully process the paperwork required by the Workers Compensation Board (including the new EC4-NARR form). A Return to Work form is completed with careful attention to minimizing lost workdays. We work with the employer to develop appropriate work restrictions for employees. When possible, we try to prevent injuries from transforming into OSHA-recordable events.
