At Surya, each member of the clinical staff has participated in the CalmerKids Training Module, which ensures that children experience a high level of compassionate expertise and quality care. Workers’ Compensation Injury Management

Surya is well-equipped to manage on-the-job injuries, including removal of eye foreign bodies, treatment of sprains/fractures, repair of lacerations, and minor burn care. We carefully process the paperwork required by the Workers’ Compensation Board (including the new EC4-NARR form). A Return to Work form is completed with careful attention to minimizing lost workdays and avoiding OSHA Recordability when possible.
